By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Pluto AI Research Lab ("Pluto," "we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live to submit information through the Site. If you contact us on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The Site describes the lab's research, models, datasets and tools, and offers a form for collaboration enquiries. Our models, datasets and software are distributed through third-party platforms — Hugging Face, GitHub and PyPI — and each release is governed by its own license, not by these Terms.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Our models and datasets are released under the Apache License 2.0, and llm-diff under the MIT License, as stated on each release page. Your use of them is governed by those licenses and by the licenses and terms of the upstream base models and datasets they build on.

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased or unsafe output. You are responsible for evaluating whether a model is suitable for your use and for how you use its output.

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential information or trade secrets through the form: sharing an idea with us does not create a confidentiality obligation or a collaboration agreement unless we agree to one in writing.

We use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site's original text, logos, images and 3D models belong to Pluto AI Research Lab or its licensors. Apart from material released under an open license, you may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our permission.

"Pluto AI Research Lab," the Pluto name and the Pluto logo identify the lab. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the services that run it
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware
• Send spam or automated submissions through the Collaborate form
• Impersonate any person or organization

The Site links to and relies on third-party services such as Hugging Face, GitHub, PyPI, Zenodo, X and FormSubmit. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BENCHMARK RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE FIGURES ON THE SITE REFLECT SPECIFIC TEST CONDITIONS AND HARDWARE; YOUR RESULTS MAY DIFFER. CONTACTING US DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RESPONSE OR A COLLABORATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUTO AI RESEARCH LAB AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pluto AI Research Lab and its contributors from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of India, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept them.
