Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last Updated: 2026-10-12

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us through the Collaborate form or by email, we collect the details you choose to share:

  • Your name and email address
  • The topic you select and the contents of your message

Information collected automatically. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may log standard request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the visit — for security and reliability, for a limited period.

How We Use Information

We use the information you share with us to:

  • Read and reply to your message
  • Discuss the research collaboration, model, dataset, evaluation or deployment work you asked about
  • Keep this website secure and working

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays Collaborate form submissions to our email inbox, our email provider stores the messages we receive, and our hosting provider serves this website.
  • When required by law: to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, safety and property of the lab or others.

Data Retention

  • Messages: kept for up to 12 months after our last correspondence, then deleted, unless an ongoing collaboration requires us to keep them longer.
  • Form progress: while you fill in the Collaborate form, your progress is saved in your browser's local storage so it isn't lost if the tab closes. It stays on your device and is cleared when you submit the form or clear your browser's site data.

Data Security

Form submissions are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to the messages we receive is limited to the lab team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose

To make a request, email siddhufx7@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Third-Party Links

This site links to services such as Hugging Face, GitHub, PyPI, Zenodo and X. They are run by other companies under their own privacy policies, which govern any information you share with them.

Cookies & Local Storage

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's storage only to save Collaborate form progress, as described above, and for a small technical flag that helps the page recover if the 3D scene fails to load.

Children's Privacy

This site is meant for a general and professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has contacted us, email siddhufx7@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the lab and this site evolve. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also post a notice on the site.
